Two teefers!
Good morning! I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm having a great day. For one thing, I got 11 hours of sleep last night, which is more than mommy and daddy EVER get these days. Plus, last Monday I got my second toofer! It's the bottom right front one, right next to the first one. I think I might have some more coming in up top, but for now I still have to nom my food from the bottom. Don't bother looking for pictures of my toofers, though. I don't like to show them off though mommy keeps trying to take pictures. The only time you see them is when I'm eating.
I think I might be learning to crawl finally. I don't really get up on my knees, but I kick my feet a lot. When that doesn't work, I can at least spin around on my belly so I can face the doggies or the kitty, and when I really want to get closer to something, I push my arm out to the side to move forward. It's like Nemo says, "Just keep swimming!" Besides, I'd rather just stand up and walk. I can't stand up by myself yet, but I'm getting there. You can see pictures of me standing by the boxes of books in the library, and yesterday I pulled myself up on the coffee table.
Mommy got me a truck last week. I can sit on it and steer, but my legs are too short to drive it. It makes noises and is supposed to pick up my toys if I run over them. I think I'll see if that works on the doggie so she can't run away from me. Mommy took lots of pictures and daddy put them in the 8-10 month album.
Daddy took me rollerblading Friday in the jogging stroller. It was nice outside and I got to meet two neighborhood dogs. Oh yeah, there was a man & woman walking with them, too, but who cares? We live in a nice neighborhood and mommy gets to take me around the park every Saturday morning with the other recruits at Baby Boot Camp. We have a lot of fun watching our mommies run around the park. Still not talking English yet, except for "yeah yeah yeah," but I click my tongue a lot.
In a few days we get to go visit Grandma Candi in California. I'll probably sleep most of the way, but maybe I'll get to see more doggies this week. Happy Thanksgiving, everybody!
