More exercising!
Today mommy put me in the swing while she & daddy played a game. They gave me a couple of toys and started the swing at a low setting. I got bored with that and leaned forward in the seat, which I've been doing for a few days now. Then I figured out I could lean back & forth and make it go faster! Daddy had to strap me in tighter in case I tried to climb out. Plus I sang all night tonight while mommy & daddy watched TV. I'm pretty tired now because I was singing so much.
I don't sleep as much lately. I still get 8-10 hours at night, but I only nap a couple of times during the day, and only for a half-hour or so. Mommy never gets anything done! Lately I've been sleeping on my side a lot, and Mommy thinks it so cute! I'm still not crawling yet; I really don't have an urge to be mobile. I don't even skooch around really. But I do make sure I stand up every time someone puts me down, so mommy might have to lower the other pack & play so I don't climb out. I still try walking a little, but I'd just as soon stand up and dance.
I got a new jogging stroller this week. Daddy says he'll rollerblade with me now, but he's pretty lazy so we'll see. Mommy takes me out in it for Baby Boot Camp, and it's got shocks, so it's a little more comfy than the old stroller.
You know, I finally understand something about how the world works. Celebrities are so rich, but people give them stuff all the time. I thought it was because they're famous, but now I think it's just cuz they're cute. People give ME stuff all the time. Mommy & daddy took me to the neurologist last week and the nurse gave me a turtle. Mommy went to sign up at the college and the lady there gave me an Arizona basketball (it's small and soft). We went to the library and the lady there gave me a fuzzy Halloween monster book. It's good to be cute!

It sounds like you are having fun and learning new things every day! I bet your mommy and daddy are looking forward to you playing their game with them. They like this silly one called Catan. I thought it was ok when they taught me how to play. Your cousin Brett really liked playing it. Well, I’ve been playing it a lot more with your 2nd cousin Jillian and her husband Scott and have actually come to like it quite well. I am still learning about it though and actually won not long ago!
It is pretty cool that you are making your mommy & daddy get more creative as you learn new skills & tricks. Singing is a good way to pass the time! It sounds like you have your mommy & daddy wrapped around you little finger....and your pointer....and your thumb...and your—get the picture...all of you!
I loved the 8 ½ month pic that your mommy sent where you were drooling all over the place. Wow, Niagara Falls has nothing on you!
I guess I’m not as cute as you are because people don’t give me things all of the time.
